2. Dariya Dil (Superman)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=mGN2L-56xbE We all know the story of Superman; he's one of the most iconic characters of not only cinema but popular culture in general, but the character we see in this Bollywood take, Dariya Dil, well, isn't. Finding an actual premise online proves difficult, but the above video pretty much tells you everything you need to know; it's about Superman and his love interest, who we would presume to be Lois Lane, who in fact is dressed as...Spider...Woman!? If it wasn't for the fact that the film has an IMDB listing among other things, we'd assume that it was in fact some parody fan-fiction that someone managed to de-grade and sneak onto YouTube. But this "Superman" and his sidekick seem much more content to dance than anything else; in the above clip, we briefly see him fighting crime, but he's quickly undone by what must be his weakness in the this version - terrible special effects. It's thoroughly unconvincing, but probably bad enough that Warner took one look at it, laughed manically and didn't even consider taking legal action.
