The marketing campaign for this 2008 Australian horror film proved to be another case of when doing exactly what it says on the tin is a little too out-there for audiences. Yes, there were no stylistic metaphors needed when it came to Dying Breed, as the producers of the film thought it best to warn everyone what it was about before it even hit theaters.

Now, that might have saved them from the horror of a film all about cannibals and meat-pie factories, but it doesn't necessarily save them from the scarring image of a bloody pie full of eyes, teeth and fingers now, does it?

Yeah, it wasn't really surprising that that the gruesome poster was banned in Australia.
