2. Boba Fett Survives
One of Return Of The Jedis biggest disappointments is the death of Boba Fett, who gets unceremoniously chucked into the Sarlacc Pit on Tatooine. In the Expanded Universe, however, he was quickly brought back for further adventures. How? Well, his armour protected him from the pit. What happened next was a bit less realistic, however he was taken by Jawas, who assumed he was a droid or a cyborg, and couldnt be bothered to scan him. They took him to their Sandcrawler, where he then had a brief adventure with Han Solo. The two enemies, uncharacteristically, tried to help each other out of a pickle. In the end, though, the Sandcrawler was later eaten by the Sarlacc with Boba inside. Yup, that really happened. He escaped again, this time with the help of his fellow bounty hunter Dengar. They became such firm friends that Fett ended up being the best man at Dengars wedding. Isnt that lovely? In the Star Wars movie universe, Fett could still return. Talk of a Boba Fett prequel film suggests that he may never emerge from the Sarlacc on the big screen, though. Either way, plenty of fans would love to see more of the best bounty hunter in the business back in action.
