5. They Could Have Used More Loki
Tom Hiddleston originally auditioned for the role of Thor, so there could be an alternate timeline where he was the lead of the series instead. Thankfully in this timeline he found himself playing Loki; a role he was better suited to. Loki might be a bad guy, but Hiddleston is such good fun that hes impossible to truly hate. He has more charm and personality than Thor could ever hope for, stealing every scene and even managing to stay likable even after stabbing poor Agent Coulson. So it was a shame he didnt make much of an appearance in Phase Two, aside from a supporting role in The Dark World. Even there he was easily the most entertaining character; to the point that went he left for extended periods the audience quickly zoned out. The movie could have used much more of the character, and an appearance in some of the other Phase Two movies would have been fun. Most irritatingly of all, he actually had a cameo in Age Of Ultron that was cut out, and of all the things that needed cutting from that movie Loki shouldnt have been one of them.
