The Plan: Hiding inside a dead body.

Residing firmly within the "so twisted that it's genius" category, we find the gruesome plottings of Luke Evans' Driver in 2011's No One Lives. This is no meticulously planned "horror meets Ocean's 11" ploy; the ingenuity of Evans' character's plan lies in the twisted depths he is prepared to plumb in order to hunt down his prey.

A gang of criminals abduct the Driver and his female companion - blissfully unaware that he is a deadly killer, fresh off a homicidal massacre of fourteen young socialites. The captives are handcuffed and interrogated by enormous goon Ethan, which concludes with the Driver's companion slitting her own throat on his knife to escape her predicament.

Regrettably for Ethan, his purported prisoner instantly sees red and he finds himself bleeding out with a handcuff wedged through the underside of his jaw soon after. However, one measly life for the inconvenience these dastardly criminals had put the Driver through was never going to cut it.

In a disgustingly inspired twist, the Driver uses Ethan's cavernous corpse like the most revolting Trojan Horse imaginable - literally crawling inside the dead man to lie in wait. The hapless remainder of the gang find the bodies and bring them back to their hideout, at which point Evans emerges to unleash a campaign of violence that makes the Texas Chain Saw Massacre look like a tickling competition.
