10 Star Trek Cameos You (Probably) Missed

8. Mick Fleetwood - Star Trek: The Next Generation

This is one of the older cameos from Star Trek, dating back to the eighties and Star Trek: The Next Generation's second-season episode Manhunt. Mick Fleetwood is of course the drummer and founding member of Fleetwood Mac, one of the most well-known bands of all time. While the fact that he cameoed in the show is fairly well-known, it's still very easy to miss his actual appearance.

He plays an Antedean, one of a pair who are posing as delegates so that they can bomb a conference. They are discovered by Lwaxana Troi and taken into custody. The musician never says a word, so anyone would be forgiven for failing to recognize that it was him.

The make-up required him to shave off his famous beard, which he said that he was happy to do just so that he could appear on the show. In a way, his single appearance has become legendary in Star Trek, proving the lengths that some fans will go to just so that they can say that they boarded the Enterprise. Even if that includes dunking their face into a giant barrel of anchovies and chowing down like there's no tomorrow.
