10 Stupid Movies That Will Help You Conquer Fears

7. Snakes On A Plane (Flying)

One of the more common and justifiable fears out there is the fear of flying; after all, you're being fired through the air in nothing but a pressurised tin can - what could possibly go wrong? Here's a film that combines two of the biggest fears out there - snakes (which we'll get to next) and flying - into one thoroughly ridiculous whole that ends up cancelling both out as fear stimuli. Coming out of this film, of course the chance of an air accident is still going to be there in your mind, but the film's idea of the sheer ridiculous that can happen up in the air is a weird brand of exposure therapy all in itself. If you're nervous about flying, I thoroughly implore you to watch this before you leave the house; with Kenan and Samuel L. Jackson fighting off a cabin-full of snakes, your fears will disappear in a puff of hysterics. And if not, then double it up with Flight of the Living Dead, which is exactly what it sounds like.
