Insidious is another long-running horror series that is yet to run out of steam, with its fourth instalment ghosting its way to cinemas for 2018.
The latest sequel will see Elise (Lin Shaye) return to her hometown in Mexico in search of a way to defeat the demon that has been plaguing her very existence.
Insidious: Chapter 4 was originally scheduled to arrive in time for Halloween this year, but was bumped to early 2018 to allow fellow Blumhouse Productions title Happy Death Day space to breath.
Hana Hayes will play a younger version of the protagonist in flashback mode and Leigh Whannell will reprise his role as Specs from the previous movies.
