2. Bruce Banner Can Control The Hulk
When Bruce Banner declared that he is "always angry" during the events of The Avengers, many took this as confirmation that Mark Ruffalo's scientist has finally learned to control the green Goliath inside of him.
This is nothing more than snappy dialogue that people read too much into. While Banner had exerted dominion over the Hulk at that moment, his subsequent Marvel Cinematic Universe outings suggest his anger issues are still a problem.
Banner transforms sporadically in Avengers: Age of Ultron, and in Thor: Ragnarok, the big guy is very much the one in the driver's seat, for two years no less.
The take-home point is that Banner might seize control for lengthy periods, but the pendulum has a tendency to swing back in the opposite direction.
