3. A James Bond Villain Who is Just a Normal Bad Guy

Why is it that Bond villains consistently make Darth Vader look like Mr. Roger's on a bad day in the neighborhood? They're always, without fail, complete psychopaths. It's like every Bond badey graduated from a school for super villains that was ran by Heath Ledger's Joker. It's ridiculous. Let's not stop at Raoul Silva feeling up James' thigh in Skyfall. There's Elliot "delicious" Carver trying to crash the world with the Internet in Tomorrow Never Dies. Goldfinger happily radiating the gold locked inside Fort Knox in the movie of his own name. Xenia Onnatop, squeezing your life out while being on-a-top of you in Goldeneye. Big, Frankenstein Jaws trying to take a bite out of everything's neckline in The Spy Who Loved Me. The list is endless and let's not forget. Blofeld, Blofeld, and Blofeld again. Every one of them. Nuts! Just for once try to imagine a James Bond movie where the villain is this calm, down to earth individual, who wants something reasonable that other bad men could get too and... nothing comes to mind.
