10 Ways The MCU Can Reboot Deadpool
8. Multiverse Of Madness
Doctor Strange is set to encounter characters from a number of multiverses and it's a good bet that he'll bring a few back to the MCU. What if the trip across universes makes level-headed assassin Wade Wilson go insane by the time he arrives at his final destination?
While we still don't know much about Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, we can hopefully assume that the MCU will use this opportunity to introduce us to more than just a few new characters. Even if they're inserted for fan service than for plot purposes (such as Howard the Duck in GotG), one or two characters should be brought into the MCU permanently.
Should Deadpool have a featured role or cameo in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness? No. It would be a huge distraction in a film that could potentially be one of the best on Marvel's current slate.
A post-credits scene, however, is perfect for Deadpool. Imagine Wade walking around a post-Endgame world, rambling on and asking people how to get back to "his world". A short and sweet stinger brings Deadpool into the fold and allows him to act as a wild card — who knows where he'll pop up next?
