10 Ways To Reboot The Amazing Spider-Man Correctly

5. Tell A Street-Level Spidey Story, Perhaps Teaming Him With Daredevil

Allow us to play devil's advocate from this point on, and let's assume that Marvel Studios were able to regain control of the Spider-Man property. After the fan rejoicing period that would ensue if this glorious pipe dream were to become reality, Marvel would have to sit down and plan out how to introduce the Wallcrawler into their Cinematic Universe. One suggestion we would have is to team him up with The Man Without Fear, who of course is due to star in his own Netflix-produced TV series in 2015. It would be very interesting to see Charlie Cox's version of Matt Murdock hit the big screen with a brand-new Peter Parker in tow. It has already been confirmed that Marvel's Netflix shows do indeed take place in the Cinematic Universe, so the notion of them transitioning to film is within the realms of possibility. Spider-Man and Daredevil have shared a lot of stories through the annals of comics history, and they play very well off each other, with Murdock the darker, more serious vigilante and Parker the wise-cracking, fun hero. The dynamic is there for a brilliant superhero odd couple. It would make sense for them to go up against the Kingpin, for example, as Wilson Fisk has antagonised both heroes in almost equal measure over the years. Of course, this is all pretty far-fetched. We don't even know if Charlie Cox's Daredevil will be any good, or if the show will find a decent sized audience. There is also the nagging sense that Marvel would consider Spider-Man to be too popular to team with a more niche character like Daredevil. But hey, we'd just love to see ol' Hornhead and Spidey busting heads together, so we are happy to ponder this most unlikely of scenarios.
