The One Where Johnny Depp Wears A Bird On His Head, or The Lone Ranger as it€™s officially called, was a total flop for Disney, who would have originally harboured hopes of kick-starting another Depp-fuelled franchise. He may be playing Tonto, but he€™s much more than a sidekick in the movie, serving as narrator of the events which see the famous duo attempt to bring order to the Old West. Despite a hugely disappointing performance at the box-office and mostly negative reviews, the film is actually rather fun - if far too long - and nowhere is this more evident than in Depp€™s performance. Sure, there€™s more than a touch of €˜Jack Sparrow in the Wild West€™ to it, but then is that really such a bad thing, and there€™s some fairly impressive action scenes. Of course, what everyone€™s really going to remember is the make-up, and the bird on his head€
