6. Shadow King
The Shadow King would be a pretty perfect villain for a movie like Gambit, a villain the likes we haven't seen before who also has a rich history within the pages of X-Men comics. A being of malevolent psionic energy, Shadow King possesses the bodies of telepaths in order to do give himself agency in the world, often unlocking powers in his hosts that they didn't know they had. A threat like Shadow King could provide the genesis of the war between the Guild Of Thieves and the Guild Of Assassins, playing the two against each other for fun or to achieve a greater goal. It would be a hell of a reveal though, seeing a host body crumple before the true Shadow King is revealed to wreak havoc.
