10 X-Men: Days Of Future Past Problems Apocalypse Must Address

X-Men: Days of Future Past made some mistakes. X-Men: Apocalypse can fix them!

Bryan Singer's first two X-Men movies were well-received by fans despite some major changes from the comic books. However, by the time Brett Ratner's X-Men: The Last Stand rolled around, those same fans lost patience with the franchise, and it started going rapidly downhill, with added help from X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Matthew Vaughn would turn that around with X-Men: First Class in 2011, but he would choose not to return to helm 2014's X-Men: Days Of Future Past in order to focus on bringing Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons' Kingsman: The Secret Service to the big screen. However, the "inbetweenquel" (as it would be dubbed by those involved) would prove to be in safe hands with returning director Bryan Singer, who set about creating a movie which continued the story of First Class and the original trilogy. Days Of Future Past wiped out many of the mistakes made by the earlier X-Men movies thanks to the use of time travel, but was inevitably left with a lot of confusing continuity errors as a result. There's not much that can be done about those, and fans now have no choice but to accept them and try not to confuse themselves by giving them too much thought. However, there are still plenty of other problems which need to be addressed. As a result, there remains a lot left over from X-Men: Days Of Future Past which need fixing in next year's X-Men: Apocalypse. These may be things that the the last movie failed to cover or plot threads that need to be picked up on in the sequel. Either way, X-Men: Apocalypse simply must fix these ten problems from X-Men: Days Of Future Past...
