Storm is a strong character that deserves much more of a prominent role in her next on-screen outing. However, anyone who messes with nature is usually given a skeptical glance. If Black Panther discovered that a "weather witch" was a threat to the people of Wakanda, he would try to put a stop to her personally.

Besides the fact that Storm and Black Panther get married in the comics, the Black Panther franchise is the ideal space to introduce Storm, particularly if Namor is making an appearance in Black Panther 2.

We don't know what happened to the Wakandan people after The Snap, but if T'Challa returns to the throne, we can be sure that he's going to be over-protective of his nation.

With Namor creating disturbances in the ocean and a mysterious woman controlling the weather in other parts of Africa, T'Challa may seek out these unnatural forces and shut them down before more harm comes to Wakanda.
