1. Kurse (Thor: The Dark World)
Although Kurse doesn't really have any esoteric powers (apart from those weird singularity grenades that the Dark Elves seemed to carry around with them), such was his strength and durability that he was even able to beat the hell out of Thor - effectively throwing him around like a child - and take hits from Mjolnir without so much as flinching. Despite the fact that he was ultimately defeated (by one of his race's own grenades sucking him in to an abyss, nonetheless), he is no doubt the top dog on the power scale in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far (at least as far as displayed power is concerned). Hell, the monster even deflected Mjolnir away from Thor as it was returning to him - that's an insane feat of both strength (given that the Hulk couldn't even budge the hammer) and durability (given that the Odin-enchanted hammer didn't just plough straight through him to return to its rightful wielder). He is the ultimate movie brick and the last character you'd ever want to get on the wrong side of. A real machine.
