11 Hilariously Bad Death Scenes In Otherwise Awesome Movies

2. Boba Fett (Jeremy Bulloch) - Star Wars: Episode VI - Return Of The Jedi

The Scene: Boba Fett (Bulloch) attempts to prevent the heroes from escaping Jabba the Hutt's clutches, but meets an unexpected end when Han Solo (Harrison Ford) accidentally knocks into him, setting off his jetpac and sending him flying into a Sarlacc's mouth.

Why It's Hilariously Bad: For starters, Boba Fett was built up to be this awesome bounty hunter...and then he's killed off in totally anti-climactic, clumsily accidental fashion. Sorry folks, the Expanded Universe isn't canon anymore: Boba Fett is definitely dead.

Han Solo's looped "Boba Fett!?", Fett's ridiculous blood-curdling scream and the sheer silliness of his death makes it at once hilarious and totally infuriating.

As such, it's easy to see why so many fans have deferred to their own "head-canon" regarding Fett's fate, at least unless the new movies prove otherwise.
