11 Marvel Characters We Can't Wait To See In The MCU

The Fantastic Four are the original Marvel super team and have become household names worldwide. Their adventures introduced many wonderful characters over the years, many of whom went on to make names for themselves across the Marvel Universe. Some, including the obscure Agatha Harkness, have already appeared in the MCU.

The Fantastic Four have appeared in cinema before, and it hasn't always been good. There was the horrible, low-budget 1994 film that was made with dubious intentions. We didn't see the family again until they appeared in the mid-00s films. These versions were terribly cheesy but had plenty of enjoyable moments. (Unlike the most recent 2015 effort, which was just awful.)

The fact that Marvel finally has the rights for the characters is exciting because it means we'll see their story done well at last. Previous versions just haven't had the kind of budget and writing skill to really do justice to their world and characters.

Talking of characters, casting rumours keep circulating, but we have nothing official yet. It is on the way though, so at least we can be confident in seeing the Fantastic Four in cinemas very soon.
