9. "Is that a rain coat?" - American Psycho
Based on the Bret Easton Ellis novel, the 2000 film American Psycho depicts the life of Patrick Bateman, a wealthy banker-type in the height of the 80's "me" decade. He parties, drinks, sleeps with prostitutes, and jams out to Huey Lewis & The News. Oh, yeah, and the murders. He murders a lot of people. The most iconic of these murders takes place atop a pile of newspapers. Paul Allen, played by Jared Leto, one-ups Patrick in the business card game. Later, drunk and at Patrick's apartment, Paul asks Patrick about why there's newspaper all over the floor, and follows this up with a query about the raincoat Patrick is wearing. Then, as Patrick lectures him about the intricacies of Hip To Be Square, he gets thwacked in the head with an axe. The lengths people will go to in order to avoid Huey Lewis...
