10. Iron Man's Hammer(?) - Avengers: Endgame
Avengers: Endgame was the capstone on the first eleven years and twenty-two movies of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Since the beginning, end credit scenes have been a cornerstone of the experience of Marvel viewing. Some of them have been good, some of them have been bad, but they're omnipresent.
But not in Avengers: Endgame. With everything changed, the world of the MCU forever changed, all of us wondering what is next, the movie just... ends.
Oh, wait, that's not true. If you wait all the way 'til the end, you get to hear Iron Man hammering, in a call back to him creating his suit at the very beginning of the MCU. It's a big old circle.
People were so disappointed they tried to read other things into this - saying it's Tony Stark working in Valhalla, a sign he'll come back, or even that it's Ironheart, his young protege in the comics, building her own suit to take up the mantle with Iron Man gone.
But it's not. It's just some hammer sounds.
