Society is a cult classic about an adopted rich kid who discovers a dark secret about his family; mainly, that the rich really do feed off of the poor. It’s a dark comedy with some seriously icky make-up effects, and the last half hour isn’t easily scrubbed from the brain.

It finds the hero Billy trapped in a house where the rich start having a body melting orgy that would make Salvador Dali sick; faces melt, bodies contort in unnatural ways and hands are shoved into places they really shouldn’t go. Without a doubt, the most memorable visual out of this nightmare is when Billy finds his father, whose head is now part of his ass.

Recalling an earlier insult his son hurled at him, he admits “You were right Billy. I am a butthead!” It’s a horrible visual pun and manages to be disgusting and hilarious at the same time; like the film itself, really.
