10. Michael Biehn - Alien 3
Alien 3 is well-known for killing off the characters of Newt and Hicks in the opening scene, which effectively renders the final act of Aliens completely pointless. During Alien 3s notoriously protracted development there were even several versions of the script where Hicks was the lead, when Sigourney Weaver was reluctant to commit. History knows what happened there, and Biehn was eventually told through his agent that Hicks wasnt returning at all. Things got downright tense when he later learned through a producer friend a fake body with his likeness had been built for the movie, and that the alien would be bursting out of his body. Since the studio didnt ask his permission, they were forced to drop the sequence. They later got in touch to ask his permission to use an archive photo, and for that grainy picture he was paid more than his entire salary on Aliens.
