Salary: $3 Million Julia Roberts managed to land herself a sweet Marlon Brando style deal for dreary all-star comedy Valentines Day, which she claims she did as a favour to Garry Marshall, the director who made her a star with Pretty Woman. That was really nice of her, but the $3 million she received probably didnt hurt. For a name actor that might look like a bargain, but when you consider Roberts has about six minutes of screentime, those numbers start to creak a little. Thats half a million for every minute shes onscreen, and for most of that shes sitting down. Still, apparently her presence was enough to make the rest of the cast sign up, so it was probably worth it in the long run.
