6. Wonder Womans Mother Has Been Cast
After rumours that Nicole Kidman has been in negotiation to play Queen Hippolyta alongside Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman, Gladiators Connie Nielsen is set for the key role. The Danish actress joins a cast that already feels otherwise complete, with Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, and Ewen Bremner in place.
