When Bond meets up with British agent Dikko Henderson (Charles Gray), there's an incredibly odd moment where Henderson hands 007 a martini and says, "That's stirred, not shaken. That was right?", to which Bond replies, "Perfect."

Of course, even the most casual Bond fan knows that he likes his martinis shaken, not stirred, so this switcharoo sticks out quite awkwardly, especially as it was apparently a legitimate mistake on Gray's part that nobody noticed during shooting.

At least it's easy enough to assume that Bond is merely cutting Henderson a break or being sarcastic when he replies in the affirmative, but it's still incredibly weird to see a classic Bond trope mangled so carelessly.
