13 Awesome Movies To Watch This Summer (Which Aren't Blockbusters)

The Plot: When Rell's (Jordan Peele) pet kitten Keanu is stolen, he and his buddy Clarence (Keegan-Michael Key) must pose as drug dealers to get the poor feline back.

Why It's Going To Be Awesome: Key and Peele get their own movie: what's not to like? There's a strong Shane Black vibe to this R-rated crime comedy, with the added flourish of the plot centering around a freaking adorable cat of all things, all while he's surrounded by sex, drugs and rampant gunfire.

The supporting cast includes the likes of Method Man, Will Forte, Jason Mitchell and Luis Guzman...and Keanu Reeves himself reportedly has a cameo too. It's not exactly going to be remembered come Oscar season, but this looks like an inventive, unique adrenaline shot of a movie, at once totally adult and also strangely child-like at its core.
