4. Malin Akerman (Silk Spectre II) - Watchmen
The Movie: Say what you will about Zack Snyder, but the guy largely pulled off the apparently "unfilmable" graphic novel Alan Moore adaptation, making plenty of nips and tucks to the source material but retaining its soul, and delivering a stylistically amazing, gloriously R-rated and mostly well-acted superhero flick like no other.
The Performance: First off, Akerman is horrendously miscast as the iconic superhero, far too young for the part and simply lacking the dramatic chops to make compelling work out of some of her more emotionally demanding scenes.
Her line readings come off as stiff and unnatural, and it's hard not to feel like she was cast more for her beauty than her acting prowess, especially given how much Snyder milked that godawful sex scene.
