4. Vanelope Is Glitched Because King Candy Tried To Delete Her - Wreck-It-Ralph

The Rule

The reason Vanelope is so glitched and thus ostracised is because King Candy attempted to delete her code - or at least he attempted to push her code outside of the main code frame of the game (because all kids were clamouring for some coding sequences in their Disney films).

But Wait...

When the game resets, Vanelope's code returns to its original position, King Candy's demonic reign is ended, and everyone lives happily ever after with Vanelope back as the lead character in Sugar Rush.

Except when her code is fixed, she still glitches. In the epilogue to Ralph saving Sugar Rush, we see that his life has changed and he is appreciated, and as he gazes out of the screen of his arcade machine, he gets a glimpse of Sugar Rush, with Vanelope in a race. She glitches, and jumps into first place, pretty much cheating her way to success, and using what was initially presented as an unwanted side effect of her attempted deletion as an inexplicable Special Move.

That right there is called reactive, poor writing.
