15 Awful Films Justice League Actors Want You To Forget
13. Dungeons & Dragons (2000) - Jeremy Irons
RottenTomatoes Score: 10% The Plot: An adaptation of the classic role-playing game, as evil mage Profion (Irons) attempts to overthrow the kind Empress Savina (Thora Birch) to take rule for himself. Why It Sucks: It's truly a miracle that Dungeons and Dragons didn't get a single Razzie nomination: the direction, writing and performances are all almost universally terrible, with Irons taking the cake, delivering an outrageously scenery-devouring turn that indicates he knew he was in a total dud and decided to just have some fun with it. It's a shameful stain on the actor's CV, but at least there's the hope that a sizable portion of the $45 million budget paid for his new penthouse or something. Either way, horrible, horrible stuff, if also kinda hilarious.
Stay at home dad who spends as much time teaching his kids the merits of Martin Scorsese as possible (against the missus' wishes).
