How could this not be first place? Here’s a scene where you have a dozen or so superheroes punching the crap out of each other, and they all get their moment to shine. You have Spider-Man grabbing Captain America’s shield, the arrival of Giant Man and – naturally – the shot of the heroes running towards each other.

It’s an epic scene, and it’s made all the more surprising by the fact it’s not even the final action sequence of the film. Marvel will find it tough to top this sequence in future outings since it’s rare to have this many heroes fighting at once. There are so many cool little moments throughout it's hard to list them all, but Ant-Man inside Tony's armour has to be up there.

It also served as a great introduction to the new Spider-Man, who arrived to steal the scene before heading back home to wait patiently for his own spin-off.
