The world didn’t exactly cry out for a sequel to 1993’s Van Damme vehicle Hard Target, but let’s make the best of it. The story this time has a group of rich douchebags hunting a prize fighter through the sweaty jungles of Thailand, but he turns the tables and starts hunting them instead.

The hunters include Sofia, a bored rich girl who wants to experience the thrill of a real-life death hunt. This leads to nasty scrap between her and Baylor partway through, which is a cool fight simply because it looks like the two actors could actually beat the crap out of each other.

There’s no CG or stunt doubles, just a nice simple punch up. It’s sad to admit such a thing is so rare these days, but it’s nice to see they can still happen.
