15 Huge 2020 Movies That Have Snuck Under The Radar

10. Friday The 13th

Friday The 13th
Paramount Pictures

While there is a new Friday the 13th film apparently in the works to release next year, of all the flicks on this list, this has the highest chance of not happening. For years, nobody has really known who actually owns the rights to the series and characters, which has halted sequels, reboots, and even video games from being produced.

Vertigo Entertainment, one of the companies that produced IT, are looking to revitalise another horror icon with the help of... LeBron James? His production company, SpringHill entertainment, are joint producing the picture, now that the licesning issues seem to be (mostly) sorted out.

Aside from that there's no news on the cast, director or plot, but with Pennywise and Michael Myers restored to their former glory, 2020 could be the year Jason Voorhees gets the same treatment.
