11. Snake Eyes

Despite never quite taking off, Hasbro has not stopped trying to make their G.I. Joe universe happen. 2009's Rise of the Cobra was followed up with 2013's similarly middling Retaliation, and the company has shopped around everything from a crossover with the Power Rangers and the Transformers since, in a bid to push the franchise back into the mainstream.

Those projects haven't happened yet, and the movie they're prioritising at the moment is the spin-off, Snake Eyes, an origin story about a ninja who appeared in the previous instalments.

Not too much is known about the project yet, other than the fact that a 2020 date has been set and Robert Schwentke is signed on to direct, but the third time might be the charm for Hasbro.
