After passing through the hands of directors David O Russell, Mike White and Craig Gillespie, this adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smiths reimagining of Jane Austen finally reaches the big screen courtesy of writer/director Burr Steers, who played Roger (Flock Of Seagulls) in Pulp Fiction. Starring Lily James (as Elizabeth Bennett) and Sam Riley (as Mr Darcy), Pride And Prejudice And Zombies is exactly what it sounds like a 19th Century comedy of manners that just happens to feature the living dead. Dont expect anything too explicit, though, as the film carries a PG-13 rating. Will it be a one-joke movie or one of a kind? You can decide for yourself when it opens in the UK on 12 February 2016 just in time for Valentines Day.
