Australian filmmaker Greg McLean helped boost the careers of John Jarratt, Sam Worthington and Mia Wasikowska with Wolf Creek and Rogue, earning the respect of horror fans in the process, and more recently returned to the outback for Wolf Creek 2, one of the few sequels thats worth your time. One of two completed movies due for release in 2016 (along with The Belko Experiment, starring Michael Rooker), 6 Miranda Drive stars Kevin Bacon and Radha Mitchell as a couple who return home from a Grand Canyon vacation to find their lives invaded by a supernatural presence. This is another ghost story from Blumhouse productions, and itll be interesting to see McLeans take on the genre. Itll certainly be different from the James Gunn-scripted The Belko Experiment, which promises gore galore as 83 American expats, trapped in Brazil, are forced to obey the a series of commands issued by a stranger.
