7. The Last Laugh

Tagline: A former stand up comedian who retired from the spotlight 50 years ago reunites with his former manager after he convinces him to do one last comedy tour.

You probably don't know the name Greg Pritikin, but the indie director has been around for a while and he's teamed up for this comedy with two VERY recognisable names in the shape of Chevy Chase and Richard Dreyfuss.

Hopefully in the vein of Adam Sandler's Funny People, it follows a comedy manager (Chase) who moves into a retirement community and bumps into an old client (Dreyfuss) who turned his back on comedy while at the top and went into medicine. Now retired, Chase's manager convinces him to take another run at the business.

It's out early January, so an immediate one to get excited for.
