Based on the graphic novel of the same name, Term Life will follow Nick Barrow, a thief (Vince Vaughn) who is wanted by various hit men, mob bosses, and crooked police officers, trying to stay alive long enough for his life insurance policy to kick in so that he has something to leave to his estranged daughter Carrie (Hailee Steinfeld). Both Vaughn and Favreau are known more for their comedy work, and have worked together numerous times over the years (most notably with Swingers), so it'll be interesting to see them both in this film, which is described as a crime-thriller. Favreau's generally fun to watch (see the likes of the Iron Man films and Chef), so again it'll be interesting if he has a weightier role here. If he's someone out to hurt Vaughn, perhaps he could even be an ultimate fighter (and the film does feature Cain Velasquez, so who knows...). Release Date: TBC
NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
