19. Helena Bonham-Carter - Cruella De Vil
No stranger to a bad hair day, Helena Bonham-Carter has to be the closest thing to a living, breathing Cruella de Vil. Although Glenn Closes 1996 effort was admirable, Bonham-Carter is devilish in a more obvious kind of way. She possesses a natural flair for wicked characters who, in their own right, often showcase the Cruella vibe; most notably Sweeney Todds Mrs. Lovett and Harry Potters Bellatrix Lestrange (instead of waving around a wand, itll be a cigarette holder). Its easy to imagine the eccentric actress as the fur-loving fashionista with symmetrical black and white hair. It would be no surprise if Bonham-Carter were to be cast in the title role of the upcoming film, Cruella De Vil - maybe then well have a live action villainess to rival Jolies Maleficent.
