Captain America: The Winter Soldier was directed by brothers Joe and Anthony Russo. Did they draw straws to decide which of them would appear in this scene as Nick Fury's doctor or is Anthony just camera shy? It remains to be seen which one of them will show up in Captain America: Civil War, but this was a fun cameo. Meanwhile, writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely also showed up in the sequel as two S.H.I.E.L.D. interrogators.
