Martin McDonagh's winning streak of hilarious tragicomedies continues with his latest, reuniting him with his In Bruges stars Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson for a fascinatingly, darkly hilarious tale about at a crumbling friendship in 1920s Ireland.
McDonagh has proven himself an expert of dealing with deeply distressing subjects in totally disarming and funny ways, and this is yet further proof of that.
