11. Wolverine's Penchant For Yellow & Brown (X-Men: Days Of Future Past)

There is a scene in X-Men: Days of Future Past in Wolverine's 1972 apartment which, while it may seem quite immaterial, is much more than meets the eye. The apartment is an Easter egg in itself, given that it alludes to certain aspects and elements of Wolverine's history from the comic books. On close inspection of the decor within it, the samurai swords and photo of Mount Fuji adorning his walls are a clear reference to the character€™s history and life in Japan. Moreover, the brown, yellow and white striped curtains, yellow walls and chairs and brown carpet obviously pay homage to the colour scheme of the character's classic costumes.
