5. Rhino Boxers (The Amazing Spider-Man 2)

Early in the Amazing Spider-Man 2, the titular hero first encounters the criminal who would go on to become Rhino - Aleksei Sytsevich, played by Paul Giamatti. The villain was attempting to steal a truck carrying a load of plutonium vials, but Spider-Man apprehended him and humiliated him in an alley, before leaving him for the police. Part of his encounter with Sytsevich involved having some fun with his web-shooters. He used them to restrain him at first, before using them to pull down his trousers. When the trousers came down, his briefs revealed a pattern that included a number of rhino faces - a fun foreshadowing of the character he would go on to become.
