20 Brilliantly Obscure Comic Book Movie Easter Eggs You Didn't Notice

2. Weisinger Primary School (Man Of Steel)

This hard-to-spot Easter egg is certainly one of the most cunning in comic book movie history - largely due to the way it is hidden - and, while it might not exactly be important in the grand scheme of things, it's certainly a lot of fun and you'll have gained a lot of satisfaction if you found it yourself. In Martha Kent€™s photo album, you can see the above picture, which shows a young Clark Kent next to his father after winning a prize at school. In the background of the shot, there€™s a little sign which shows the name of the school - Weisinger Primary School - which will have rung a bell for certain Superman fans. The name is a reference and dedication to the legendary Superman editor Mort Weisinger, who oversaw the Silver Age Superman of the 1950s and 1960s - a period that was key to the development of character into who he is today.
