20 Doctor Who Actors Who Have Been In Star Wars (& 2 Who Will Be)
17. Leslie Schofield
Like Ayesha Dharker, Schofield is no stranger to British soap opera acting, having starred in EastEnders. Amazingly, he chalked up a Doctor Who role and his Star Wars appearance in the same year, 1977. For Doctor Who, he played Calib in the Fourth Doctor story The Face of Evil, a tale that introduced popular companion Leela. In Star Wars, meanwhile, Schofield portrayed Death Star worker Chief Bast. But Schofield was no newcomer to Doctor Who. He had already been in The War Games, the final story for Patrick Troughton's Second Doctor, where he played Leroy, a Revolutionary War soldier.
