20 Easter Eggs From Spider-Man: No Way Home You May Have Missed

2. What The Future Holds

Like just about every other Marvel property out there, No Way Home includes several scenes that seem to be setting up what comes next in the ever-expanding Universe, especially now that the multi-verse concept has been so firmly introduced into MCU canon.

When Dr Strange is attempting to close the rapidly happening multiverse incursions, outlines appear in the sky of other Spider-Man baddies, including Kraven the Hunter and Rhino (very easily made out), as well as (apparently) Black Cat and Scorpion, who are a bit harder to make out.

The inclusion of Daredevil, when taken in conjunction with the appearance of Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin in Hawkeye, seems poised to bring the gritty, street-level heroics from the Netflix series' to the MCU.

And by the end of the movie, Peter is absolutely a street-level hero now. No one knows who he is, so his Avengers allies are gone. He has no more Stark tech and is living in a small, one-room apartment listening to a police scanner for information on crimes. His days of travelling to space to fight Thanos are over.

However, in a fantastic nod to Spider-Man's origins, he has created himself a new suit that is the exact colour and pattern of Spider-Man's first costume from 1962.

The cycle continues.
