19. Fashion Trends
TV shows like Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, and the like have had me seriously considering a recasting of my wardrobe. With every episode I find myself thinking, What sixteen year old wears that?!? and then the online shopping begins. I, just the other day, purchased two off-the-shoulder sweaters and am having a great time not moving my arms from my sides unless I want the off-the-shoulder look to be ruined and turn into a stretched out boatneck look. If only we could all have stylists behind the scenes.
18. Keeping A Calendar
We all get at least one calendar a year, but do we actually use them? I want to, I truly do, but the thought of having to get everyones birthdays on there and writing out every doctors appointment and what have you just seems so exhausting and a serious waste of ink. My favorite TV family, the Dunphys on ABCs Modern Family, are avid calendar users, even going as far as to mark their sons punishments on there. And, like every calendar ever, once its on, it is written in stone. Perhaps my aversion to calendars is directly related to my inability to commit?
