The Role: Victor Von Ion, the henchman to the film's big bad, Chairman Drek (Paul Giamatti). Why It's Unexpected: Because Stallone doesn't do a whole lot of voice-over work, likely due to the fact that while his voice is instantly recognisable, its rather garbled nature doesn't lend itself particularly well to children's animated films. Plus, isn't he busy prepping yet another Expendables movie? Will It Work?: It's a weird fit, but possibly, given that it's not a huge role and can therefore hopefully play to Stallone's brutish strengths. Plus with actors the likes of Giamatti, John Goodman and Rosario Dawson signed on, hopefully the script's actually good.
