Thats the synopsis to The Neon Demon, the forthcoming film from Drive auteur, Nicolas Winding Refn. A cult director if ever there was one, the directors last feature, 2013s Only God Forgives, was polarising to say the least, so the Danish filmmaker will be looking to score a more universally acclaimed hit like he did with Drive, back in 2011. The thought of Keanu Reeves in a Refn film just screams YES, and The Neon Bible will also see the director reunited with his that film's co-star, Christina Hendricks (Mad Men). Principal photography began way back in March, so the film is fully expected to appear in 2016 as scheduled.
