The Moment: It was confirmed last year by producer Charles Roven that Wonder Woman's origins in the DCCU will borrow from the New 52 comic book arc, where she's a Demigod spawned from Zeus rather than a Kryptonian as was originally rumoured. When It Will Happen: It's unlikely to get much of a look-in during Batman v Superman, but Wonder Woman's solo movie will have a huge canvas to cover this subject. Why It Will Define The Movie: Introducing Zeus into the DCCU (if only tacitly) is a fascinating concept, and if they pull it off, it'll be a great way to emphasise Wonder Woman's power in this universe. If it doesn't work, then it'll be pretty tough to take the character seriously, and that's without even considering all the other controversies Princess Diana is facing.
